ABOUT OUR FOUNDER, Curtis G. Clark
Mr. Clark retired from federal civil service in 2008. He last served with the Department of Homeland
Security (DHS), Office of Inspector General (OIG). He also served in various positions and locations with the Department of Treasury, Department of Agriculture, and the Army Corps of Engineers. He demonstrated leadership and professionalism while managing enterprise-level information technology and security services for the agencies.
Mr. Clark is a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Inspector General, and served as Director of Security and Asset Management. As a visionary and a change agent, he led the development of innovative strategic plans and solutions for thirty locations nationwide. He developed diverse high-performance teams with the skills to conceptualize, plan, develop, implement and manage state-of-the-art technology programs to ensure physical, information, communications, operations, industrial, special access and personnel security. He has experience in large-scale disaster planning and disaster simulations involving federal agencies. His skill set include physical security assessment, intrusion detection systems design and installation of access control systems at twenty-seven locations in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands: information protection programs (technical and documents), continuity of operations (COOP), business disaster recovery planning, and development and delivery of security awareness programs. In addition, he is a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) as a Physical Security Specialist. In 2005, he gave a lecture on Classified Contract Development at the National Security Agency (NSA) OPSEC Conference and Exhibition in San Diego, CA.
He taught an Emergency Management course at Hampton University (Hampton, VA}, various computer and communications networking related courses at various schools and colleges in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maryland. Previously, he served as a member of the ECPI University (Virginia Beach, VA) advisory board for Computer Technology, and a member of board of directors for a Virginia corporation. Mr. Clark is currently a Licensed and Registered Private Investigator in the State of South Carolina. He was previously a Licensed and Registered Private Investigator in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Mr. Clark earned a BS degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and a MS degree from University of Southern New Hampshire in Hooksett. He is a Certified Business Resilience Manager.
